If you’re interested in hosting your next event at the Riverbend CDD Clubhouse, please complete the form. Management will follow up with payment details and confirm your booking.

This form will also need to be completed to secure the meeting room for HOA meetings, ARB, FRC and Social Committee meetings.

Resident Rentals: Security Deposit of $200; Rental Fee $200 per four (4) hours of use; over four hours will be an additional $25 per hour.  Payments can be made by check, money order or credit/debit cards.
